Once I get caught up on EA games I'm gonna start doing them when they come out. Seems like after two years they always shut the servers down and make the achievements impossible to achieve. |

#5 I second that completely. I don't even like MLB 2K10 but play it because it's the only baseball sim on the 360. I don't even want to buy it this year because quite simply put, it really isn't worth $60 every year just for roster updates and silly little tweaks.
I have considered buying a PS3 just for MLB: The Show but it's just too expensive.
I don't think I'm going to cave and buy 2K this year so I'm not sure what I'll do. |

Baseball games are the major reason I'm happy I have a PS3 for a Blu-Ray player. MLB The Show is so much better than 2K's offering every year...although if the achievements aren't too bad I'll probably rent it after picking up The Show. |

PS: Why Evan Longoria? I mean, there are plenty of other people it could have been. Why not go the route of Madden 10 and have two, if the emphasis is all about the hitter/pitcher duel? Felix Hernandez and Joe Mauer? That sounds acceptable to me. |

I'm sorry about posting but as far as I can tell, there isn't an edit feature when commenting on headlines. I agree with many on here that 2k has gone to hell. I liked 2k4 and 2k5 (I personally wasn't much of a fan of the MVP, but I do remember Triple Play Baseball on PS, ha!) I played 2k5 a while ago and was interested in why they couldn't keep it that way. I hate using the stick to pitch because it feels like I get screwed. If a player throws a curve and slider, he will always seem to throw a really shitty curve, or an okay slider. It's bunk. I just miss the older motions that the game had. Just my opinion of course. I want to try MLB: The Show, because I've never even played it, but I don't own a PS3 and don't want one (at least right now). |

@#26: The Show = must play. If you're a baseball fanatic, it's totally worth owning a PS3 over. Personally, I only use my PS3 for sports games (particularly MLB: The Show) and exclusives (MGS4, Little Big Planet, etc). |

3 need for speed games, alot of sports games and others. its not bitching when you pay 60 bucks for a game and you have one day to get it and then its never attainable again its just plain dumb.

Bring back MVP Baseball '05. I hate wasting my money on this shit game. Not to mention the online is so laggy and jittery. I don't want EA to have the rights to the baseball games, but I do want a change. No more 2K. Maybe EA can make a new one once 2K's contract is up and maybe a 3rd party platformer can create something as well?
